We have a team of expert trainers and therapists to provide a variety of services to meet your demands. We have the most competitive membership rates and there's a no contract, no joining fee. We have a fully equipped gym with fully qualified personal trainers and all fitness classes are free for members only, except for the private classes where you have to pay a small fee based on the trainer rates. In our treatment room we offer a wide range of treatments for members from relaxation to deep tissue massages, ultrasound, reflexology, rehabilitation and posture correction. The treatment room is fully equipped and we use a selection of different oils for the massages. All parking is free, so you dont have to worry about bringing loose change.
