Experienced handyman offering commercial and domestic operating throughout Cambridge. I will undertake all types of maintenance/decorating/small plumbing and electrical jobs, and other odd jobs within the Cambridge area.

Interior painting, woodwork, walls and ceilings
Filling cracks or holes in walls and woodwork
Electrical
Replacing sockets, switches, light fittings
Replacing light bulbs, fitting and repairing door bells
Phone or TV cables and cable extensions to other rooms
Plumbing
Fixing toilet dripping cisterns
Mending faulty toilet flush mechanisms
Leaking waste pipes, replacing taps, sinks, baths and showers
Fixing leaks, bleeding radiators, replacing radiators
Fitting washing machines and dishwashers
Odd Jobs
Assembling flat-pack furniture (Argos, IKEA etc)
Hanging mirrors, pictures, curtain poles and blinds
Changing locks, handles, bolts or hinges
Fence and gate repairs and installation
Fence and gate or garden furniture painting
Landlords & Agents
I work closely with landlords and/or agents to ensure
maintenance and refurbishment is done quickly and efficiently
I have a set hourly rate of £16.00 per hour and do not have any call out charges.
