• Carry out workplace inspection and audits, to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Providing training and development to employees and contractors on proper use of protective clothing and workplace
equipment.
• Checking documents in relation to accidents and injuries at work.
• Analysing the cause of accidents and injuries at your workplace.
• Recommend preventative measures to the management.
• Maintaining contact with sick employees and provide counselling on issues affecting their work performance.
• Giving task briefings, inductions, and daily briefings with regards to accident prevention.
• Providing flyers for information on accident prevention, keeping healthy and long term injury prevention at work.
• Liaising with external bodies on health and safety issues on standards and requirements.
• Perform a final risk assessment to ensure your business is up to date with compliance legislation.
