Hi, I am The Cake Lady. My name is Carol Birtle, and. I own and run the business from my studio in Blackpool. It all began with my daughter's birthday cake twelve years ago and grew from there.
I am the sole worker, involved in every step of your cake, from design to finish. It is a very personal service, each cake is unique and special to you, from a child's birthday cake, to the grandest ten tier wedding cake (Yes TEN!)
